What we are looking for

Proven experience operating and supporting automation solutions (ROS / Run & Maintain), including failure analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring production stability.
Experience in execution monitoring, log analysis, and incident and failure management.
Experience working within Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (ITSM / Operations).
Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows), UiPath, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
Understanding of RPA concepts and automated workflows, including their operation in production environments.
Knowledge of agentification concepts and agentic workflows.
Understanding of agent governance principles and associated best practices.

What is this challenge about

Ensure the continuous operation and stability of automation solutions in production environments.
Analyze existing workflows, identify failures, and implement corrective and enhancement solutions.
Perform Run & Maintain activities, ensuring incident resolution and problem mitigation.
Monitor executions, analyze logs, and proactively manage failures and incidents.
Design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Propose and drive continuous improvements to existing automations, promoting the technological evolution of solutions.
Contribute to the adoption of innovative technologies, with a particular focus on agentification and agent-based solutions.
Ensure the application of agent governance best practices, guaranteeing compliance, quality, and scalability of production solutions.
