What we are looking for

  • Proven experience operating and supporting automation solutions (ROS / Run & Maintain), including failure analysis, troubleshooting, and ensuring production stability.
  • Experience in execution monitoring, log analysis, and incident and failure management.
  • Experience working within Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes (ITSM / Operations).
  • Hands-on experience with Power Automate (Cloud Flows), UiPath, and Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Understanding of RPA concepts and automated workflows, including their operation in production environments.
  • Knowledge of agentification concepts and agentic workflows.
  • Understanding of agent governance principles and associated best practices.

What is this challenge about

  • Ensure the continuous operation and stability of automation solutions in production environments.
  • Analyze existing workflows, identify failures, and implement corrective and enhancement solutions.
  • Perform Run & Maintain activities, ensuring incident resolution and problem mitigation.
  • Monitor executions, analyze logs, and proactively manage failures and incidents.
  • Design and implement new automation workflows in collaboration with business stakeholders.
  • Propose and drive continuous improvements to existing automations, promoting the technological evolution of solutions.
  • Contribute to the adoption of innovative technologies, with a particular focus on agentification and agent-based solutions.
  • Ensure the application of agent governance best practices, guaranteeing compliance, quality, and scalability of production solutions.
