  • Responsible for record and control of transactions of General Ledger;Accurate record of Accounts Receivables, Accounts Payables, Cash & Banks;Execution of month/year-end closing activities and reconciliations, ensuring the accuracy of Closing and Reporting;Preparation and presentation of local taxes and knowledge on accomplishment of international tax regulation;Controlling of projects profitability through reports to be reviewed by Project Managers;Supporting to adapt the financial processes of the acquired company standard and as a liaison between the Group companies in Portugal and the Financial Director of Iberia;Financial control of the projects’ execution (costs and income) and deviations analysis;Monthly review of all projects list with each Project Manager, analysing both positive and negative deviations from the initial order;Proposing measures, in case of deviations, to the local Management and Sales Managers in order to improve the quotation process and adapt it to the real costing of the projects;Reporting the conclusions of project controlling to Portuguese Management and Financial Management;Providing support to the local Financial Management for the correct application and monitoring of the accounting method and application in the P&L according to POC (Percentage Of Completion).
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or Economics;2-5 years of experience in similar role;Fluency in English (both written and spoken);Results and continuous improvement oriented;Planification and organization;Initiative and proactivity;Teamwork.
