Key Responsibilities: Accounts payable for Portugal & France Shorex suppliers & Hotel Review, verify, and process supplier invoices in a timely and accurate manner Review & follow-up of Accounts Payable Aging Reports and vendor statements Prepare and execute payment runs Direct contact to external supplier and internal departments Support in cost controlling and margin analysis Prepare documents for external & internal auditors Involvement in ad-hoc inquiries and projects Experience, Qualifications and Skills: A completed degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable or accounting experience Experienced working in a similar role, preferably in a multinational environment Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel) Experience in Oracle NetSuite Fluent in English (French is a plus) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Willing to take ownership, hands-on, persistent, meet deadlines, team-oriented personality Benefits: • 1 day per week remote work, after passing the probation • Health insurance Please send your CV in English to:   Mostrar Email > < Mostrar Email Partilhar #my_centered_buttons { display: flex; justify-content: center; } Guardar Oferta  Receber Alertas por Email  Comunicar Problema / Queixa
