📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Junior Specialist to join our dynamic and international team in Lisbon.

This is an excellent opportunity for a finance professional with early to mid-level experience who is available to start immediately.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Process vendor invoices accurately and timely: Ensure all vendor invoices are processed promptly and accurately.
  • Manage daily vendor inquiries via email and Team interaction in French: Handle daily inquiries from vendors through both email and team interactions, maintaining communication in French.
  • Support in execution of payment runs and perform vendor account reconciliations: Assist with the execution of payment runs and conduct vendor account reconciliations as needed.
  • Support month-end closing activities and ad-hoc requests: Provide support for month-end closing activities and handle any ad-hoc requests.

📋 Requisitos

  • Proactive and work style: Proactively approach tasks and demonstrate a proactive attitude in your work.
  • Ability to work well under pressure: Maintain composure and manage stress effectively when handling high-pressure situations.
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills: Collaborate effectively within the team and possess strong interpersonal skills for effective communication and collaboration.
  • French (written comprehension above average): Possess excellent written comprehension in French, essential for day-to-day tasks and integration into the team.
  • English knowledge is a plus: Fluency in English will be beneficial for internal communication and additional projects.
  • 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience (Oracle is a plus): Have 1-3 years of relevant experience in Accounts Payable, with Oracle being an added advantage.
  • Ability to quickly integrate and hit the ground running: Demonstrate strong adaptability and the ability to quickly become productive.
