We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile:

Administration & Access Management Officer – Hybrid (Lisbon)

What we are looking for

Hard skills

  • JIRA admin (projects, workflows, fields, screens, permissions, notifications); strong JQL; Automation for JIRA; REST APIs/webhooks; ScriptRunner/Groovy is a plus.
  • Platform basics: Linux, logs, JVM tuning; SSO/reverse proxy notions.

GitHub admin exposure preferred.

  • Data/reporting: filters, dashboards; basic SQL; exports for BI.

Confluence admin exposure is a plus.

  • Integrations: ServiceNow–Atlassian connectors, application links, OAuth patterns.

Security/compliance: least privilege, SoD, logging/retention, data classification.

  • Cloud awareness (JIRA Cloud differences); Red Hat OpenShift is a plus.

Methods & frameworks

  • Agile ways of working (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) as practiced by teams; ITIL v4 for service; SSDLC familiarity.
  • Governance: comfort with DA/BA gates and standards (GIF), risk/privacy reviews (DPIA triggers).
  • Certifications (nice to have)
  • Atlassian Certified Jira Administration (Data Center/Server; Cloud a plus).

ITIL v4 Foundation; Agile (CSM/SAFe) a plus.
