Role Overview:
We are looking an Agile Coach to integrate one of our biggest clients in the banking sector.
The client in question is one of the biggest banks in europe, with activity in over 70 countries around the world, it also counts with over 150 years of existence which means that is an extremely consolidated player in the banking industry (Lisbon- Hybrid).
What You Will Do
We are seeking a skilled professional to join the Transformation Team and as an Agile Coach you will responsabilidade for:
Propose a coaching plan;
Lead a coaching mission;
Ensure the continuity of the mission;
Guarantee the creation and maintenance of his knowledge and skill base;
Knows "Software Craftsman" principles and knows the principles of clean code and apply them effectively.
What you are like:
Academic training in Computer Engineering or similar;
Minimum of 4 years of experience as an Agile Coach;
Master methodological, organizational, and technical domains where the intervention scope is needed (e.g.: Scrum, DevOps, Lean, …);
Master workshops and meetings facilitations techniques;
Relational capacity at all levels of the organization;
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills;
Fluency in written and spoken English;
