What is this challenge about

Architect, build, and optimise end-to-end AI pipelines, transforming complex requirements into scalable and production-ready solutions;

Develop, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and deep learning models, ensuring strong performance and seamless integration into digital platforms;

Implement AIOps and MLOps practices, including CI/CD workflows for AI systems, automated training pipelines, and lifecycle management;

Monitor, benchmark, and continuously optimise AI models and services for efficiency, accuracy, and real-time performance in large-scale environments;

Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as software engineers, data specialists, and product teams to deliver AI-driven solutions aligned with strategic goals.

What we are looking for

At least 7 years of experience in software engineering, digital platforms, or large-scale technology environments;

Strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Generative AI, with hands-on development experience;

Experience working with Large Language Models (LLMs) and their practical application patterns;

Experience with MLOps practices, model monitoring, observability, and working in Agile environments;

Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and related AI/ML services;

Knowledge of model comparison, security, privacy, FinOps, model quality, output validation, and guardrails is a plus.
