Job Description: We are looking for an innovative AI Engineer to drive the end-to-end lifecycle of advanced Artificial Intelligence solutions.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of designing, deploying, and scaling Machine Learning and Generative AI systems, with a strong emphasis on building us AI agents.

Your work will directly impact our core products and business operations by turning cutting-edge Proofs of Concept (PoCs) and pilots into scalable, production-ready features.

This position offers a highly flexible work model.

Must-Have:

A minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience in Machine Learning, including taking models from development to production environments (MLOps & Deployment)

Deep expertise in Generative AI ecosystems, including working with both commercial (e.g., OpenAI) and open-source Large Language Models (LLMs)

Practical experience building Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and utilizing frameworks like LangChain or LlamaIndex

Proven ability to design and orchestrate intelligent AI Agents that interact with external tools (APIs, Databases) using orchestration frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or AutoGen

Advanced skills in prompt engineering to optimize model outputs

Comfortable working within Agile/SCRUM methodologies

High autonomy, sharp critical thinking, and the ability to bridge the gap between tech and business (translating complex AI capabilities into clear business value)

Would be great if you have:

An academic background in Applied Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field

A strong portfolio showcasing previous end-to-end AI implementations that delivered visible, real-world impact
