Role:

We are looking for an experienced AI Security Engineer to join a strategic AI transformation initiative within a global organization.

In this role, you will work closely with AI, engineering, platform, and security teams to ensure that AI solutions, agent-based systems, and platform components are designed, developed, and operated securely by design.

You will act as a key security partner across AI delivery teams, helping establish security controls, governance, risk mitigation strategies, and operational security practices for modern AI environments.

Responsibilities:

Embed security-by-design principles across AI solutions, agentic systems, and platform integrations;

Define and implement security controls related to access management, secrets handling, monitoring, logging, sandboxing, and external integrations;

Translate security policies, architecture standards, and compliance requirements into practical technical controls and implementation patterns;

Perform threat modeling, security reviews, and risk assessments for AI-driven solutions;

Identify and mitigate AI-specific security risks, including prompt injection, data leakage, excessive permissions, insecure tool usage, and model supply-chain threats;

Support the secure evaluation and integration of third-party AI platforms, models, APIs, and orchestration frameworks;

Collaborate with security operations teams to improve AI-related incident detection, response capabilities, and security monitoring;

Contribute to the development of reusable security frameworks, best practices, and governance models for AI initiatives;

Work closely with stakeholders across engineering, security, compliance, and data protection functions.

Requirements:

7+ years of experience in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related security engineering roles;

Strong experience with Cloud Security, Identity & Access Management (IAM), Application Security, and Secure SDLC practices;

Hands-on experience with threat modeling, security architecture reviews, and risk assessment methodologies;

Solid understanding of AI and LLM security concepts, including:Prompt Injection

Data Leakage

Agent Identity & Permissions

Tool-Use Risks

Model Supply Chain Security

Familiarity with security frameworks and standards such as:OWASP LLM Top 10

MITRE ATLAS

NIST AI Risk Management Framework (AI RMF)

Experience working in complex enterprise environments with multiple stakeholders;

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;

Fluent English (written and spoken).

Nice to Have:

Hands-on experience with AI and LLM platforms such as Azure AI, OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, or LangChain;

Experience with MLOps and AI platform security;

Previous experience in multinational or multi-country organizations;

Experience participating in AI Red Teaming exercises;

Security certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CCSP, or equivalent;

Additional European language skills.
