Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area and will be able to work for a leading global trading platform that knows the importance of surveillance issues.

Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for a AI transformation Specialist to work in a project in Porto (hybrid).

Profile

we seek :

  • Demonstrated experience implementing AI solutions on SDLC;
  • Strong technical foundation in modern SDLC practices DEV, BA, or QA;
  • Hands-on experience with: Model Context Protocol (MCP) architecture and server development; Python with proven track record developing AI-powered solutions and automation workflows.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to explain complex technical concepts to diverse audiences;
  • Strong change management mindset with experience guiding teams through technology transitions;
  • Capabilities to facilitate workshops, including remote ones.
  • English: B2

Key responsibilities :

  • Train and upskill IT resources on AI applications across the SDLC (incl.

DEV, BA, and QA).

  • Provide operational support and guidance to team members implementing AI-powered solutions.
  • Monitor AI technology adoption patterns and report individuals encountering resistance or challenges.
  • Design and facilitate workshops on best practises, IA challenges, tools presentation....
