Must-Have:

A degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field

Between 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in the development and implementation of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning systems

Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), Reinforcement Learning with Human Feedback (RLHF), and agent-based architectures

Strong command of Python, with the ability to build scalable and production-ready systems

Solid knowledge of hallucination mitigation techniques, memory architectures, and tool-assisted reasoning

Product-oriented mindset, focused on delivering effective and impactful solutions

Proactive and us professional, capable of defining specifications and influencing the technical direction of projects

Availability to work in a hybrid model based in Lisbon

Would be great if you have:

Experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)

Experience working with high-performance computing environments, including machines equipped with dozens of GPUs

Familiarity with ML Ops practices to support deployment, scaling, and monitoring of ML systems
