📋 Descrição da Função
We are seeking an AML Compliance Team Lead to join our team in Lisbon. This role involves leading and managing a team within Payments Operations, overseeing schedules and performance requirements, identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing user/client experience through collaboration with other teams, coaching team members, and serving as a career mentor.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Oversees and manages a team within Payments Operations.
- Develops and administers team schedules and performance requirements.
- Identifies improvement opportunities in workflows and team structure and suggests solutions.
- Identifies opportunities to improve user experience and communicates with delivery lead and client teams.
- Serves as a leader within the team, interfaces effectively with other teams, and coaches team members to improve work performance.
📋 Requisitos
- Experience leading teams within KYC, EDD, AML, Transaction Monitoring or Compliance roles in the financial services industry or risk consulting services (mandatory).
- Fluent English.
- Minimum C1 University Diploma in finance, management, or similar (preferably), or complete 12th Grade.
- Valid work permit or EU/Schengen nationality to legally work in Portugal.
- One of the following certifications: ICA certifications in AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance and/or CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist).
- Basic knowledge of relevant AML and CTF typologies and regulatory obligations desirable.
- General knowledge of the financial services industry, e-commerce, BNPL, Retail Banking products and services.
- Relevant experience from working within FinTech, Banking, or Financial institutions.
- Experience with operational work.
💰 Condições
- Base salary.
- Meal allowance (575/year).
- Direct contract with the client.
- Health insurance.
- Work regime: On-site for the first 8 months, then hybrid 50%-50%.
- Flexible working hours (Monday to Friday, 9h00-18h00) with Portuguese bank holidays as needed.
