Exciting Opportunity! Are you ready to dive into the world of finance and make a real impact? Join our Lisbon-based team as an AML Transaction Monitoring Senior Analyst.
🎯 Responsabilidades
- Adhere to set performance expectations (SLAs, quality standards, etc.)
- Actively obtain up-to-date knowledge of the client's AML policies, instructions, and routines.
- Identify and highlight procedural and/or knowledge gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Engage with relevant stakeholders on matters concerning operational work/issues/opportunities for improvement in a structured, cohesive, and constructive manner.
📋 Requisitos
- Minimum 1 month experience in KYC, EDD, AML, Transaction Monitoring, or Compliance roles within the financial services industry or risk consulting services.
- English (at least C1); extra languages are a plus!
- Up-to-date knowledge of relevant AML and CTF typologies and regulatory obligations.
- At least one of the following certifications: ICA in AML, Financial Crime, or Compliance; CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist).
- Good knowledge of the Financial Service Industry (e-commerce, BNPL, Retail Banking products and services).
- Analytical skills for the efficient collation and processing of large sets of intelligence and data.
- Strong attention to detail, and the ability to efficiently detect patterns and deviations.
- Computer and OSINT literacy.
- Data management, SQL (desirable), JIRA, or equivalent case management system.
- Proficiency in Google and social media, and other open sources.
