What we are looking for

Experience with application stability, availability, and incident management, including monitoring, troubleshooting, problem resolution, and ITIL compliance

Technical support and collaboration with development and Scrum teams, implementing upgrades, patches, and new functionalities

Platform monitoring and observability using Dynatrace, Jaeger, Grafana, Prometheus, and ELK, ensuring early detection and resolution of issues

Deployment and resource management for applications (Tomcat, Apache, JBoss, WAS), APIs (Axway/APIGee), and cloud/container environments (AWS, GCP, Kubernetes, ArgoCD, OpenShift)

Process automation, scripting, and execution of manual operations, including CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus) and configuration management (Ansible, Terraform)

Job and flow supervision with Control-M and CFT/Connect Express, monitoring job chains and transfer messages

Expertise in Linux RHEL OS, relational databases (MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL), performance tuning, heap/thread dump analysis, and log analysis

Problem-solving, critical thinking, communication, team collaboration, resilience, autonomy, accountability, time management, and prioritization
