Our goal is to help our candidates and consultants to take a step forward in their careers through projects that meet their needs and expectations.

This project is part of the business investment banking and financial services area, and currently has its technological hub in Porto and is working on the development of innovative solutions and support for all operations related to the business.

We are looking for an Application Support Engineer to work in this project in Porto (Hybrid).

Requirements:

  • Between 6-9 years of experience in similar roles;
  • Good knowledge on both Linux and Windows environments;
  • Follow-up and coordination of changes and technical operations (Electrical Shutdown, servers move, etc.);
  • Document the components and operation of application: Software Architecture, Technical Architecture, and proactive support as setup and monitoring application alarmistic;
  • Have experience in Support L2 and L3 on the ITIL best practices;
  • Understand and know Virtualize environments as Server, API gateways and etc;
  • Good knowledge of ticking system as Jira or service now;
  • Good knowledge of scripting languages as PowerShell/Bash;
  • Good knowledge of the Network concepts as DHCP Firewalls, Routing, Proxy;
  • Good knowledge of web based applications Client/server;
  • Fluent in English.
