IMPORTANT: Fluency in Portuguese (spoken and written) and legal authorization to work in Portugal are required.

You must have:

Previous experience in Application Support, IT Support, or Production Support roles;

Good understanding of business applications and systems;

Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve application incidents and issues;

Experience working with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Jira, Remedy, etc.);

Basic knowledge of databases and SQL for data analysis and troubleshooting;

Familiarity with Linux/Unix and/or Windows environments;

Understanding of ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management);

Strong communication skills and ability to interact with technical and non-technical users;

Good level of English and French (spoken and written);

Ability to work in shifts or on-call, when required.
