📋 Descrição da Função

At Randstad, we are seeking an Architect to join Mimpi’s team in Madeira. Mimpi Madeira is at the launch stage of an integrated real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction group on the island.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Define Projects: Create modern, sustainable high-end homes that respect Madeira's heritage while appealing to an international market.
  • Lead Design Processes: Develop exceptional architectural concepts challenging conventional thinking and setting new design benchmarks. Oversee all phases of architectural projects ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, and collaborate with in-house engineers, project managers, and real estate professionals.
  • Collaborative Environment: Foster a collaborative environment inspiring and guiding junior architects and designers. Build strong relationships with clients effectively communicating design concepts and ensuring their vision is realized.
  • Sustainability Integration: Integrate sustainable principles and practices into all projects contributing to a greener future. Ensure designs are sensitive to the local context, positively impacting Madeira's community.

📋 Requisitos

  • Education: Master’s degree in Architecture with a proven portfolio meeting Portuguese licensing requirements (Full membership in Ordem dos Arquitectos).
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in modeling and technical drawing software such as AutoCAD, Revit, Microsoft Office, and Google products.
  • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Portuguese and English. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience with a proven portfolio. Experience with small to medium-scale residential and tourism projects is preferred.
  • Travel Requirements: Availability to travel to Madeira (if not already based on the island).
