At Randstad we are looking to find a talented and entrepreneurial Architect to be part of Mimpi´s team in Madeira.Mimpi Madeira is at the exciting launch stage of an integrated real estate, architecture, engineering, and construction group in Madeira.

Your mission is to create modern, sustainable, high-end homes that respect the island’s heritage while appealing to an international market.

As Mimpi's first in-house architect, you will have a direct role in defining our projects and the future of our company.

Develop exceptional architectural concepts that challenge conventional thinking and set new benchmarks in design.Oversee all phases of architectural projects, ensuring adherence to design intent, budget, and Collaborate closely with in-house engineers, project managers, and real estate professionals to deliver integrated solutions from concept to completion.Foster a collaborative environment, inspiring and guiding junior architects and designers.Build strong relationships with clients, effectively communicating design concepts and ensuring their vision is realized.Integrate sustainable principles and practices into all projects, contributing to a greener future.Ensure designs are sensitive to the local context and contribute positively to the Madeira community.

Master's degree in Architecture.Minimum 2 years with a proven portfolio and the ability to meet Portuguese licensing requirements;Full membership in Ordem dos Arquitectos and legal right to sign building license applications in Portugal.Proficiency in modeling and technical drawing software (AutoCAD, Revit,Microsoft Office and Google products.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Portuguese and English.Availability to travel to Madeira (if not already based on the island).Experience with small to medium-scale residential and tourism projects.Aesthetic sensitivity and strategic vision for urban planning.Initiative, proactivity, and an interest in the business world.Genuine desire to learn, adapt, and grow with a young, ambitious company.
