WE ARE LOOKING FOR A ASPIRING AI & AUTOMATION DEVELOPER TO JOIN OUR TEAM

We are looking for an enthusiastic and curious Junior AI Developer to join our AI and Automation team.

You'll learn by doing, experimenting with LLMs, agents, and emerging AI tools while building real solutions alongside experienced teammates.

This role is perfect for someone early in their career who is fascinated by AI, eager to learn, and excited to grow their skills in one of the most dynamic areas of technology.

YOU WILL

Experiment with AI tools and platforms under the guidance of senior team members

Build simple proofs-of-concept and prototypes to test ideas and learn how AI works in practice

Help integrate AI capabilities into existing workflows using APIs and libraries

Document your experiments, learnings, and findings to share with the team

Participate in team discussions about what's possible with AI and automation

Try out new prompting approaches and learn what makes AI systems work well (or not)

Ask lots of questions and learn from the team's collective experience

Contribute to automation projects by tackling well-defined tasks and features

Stay curious about new AI developments and bring fresh perspectives to the team

YOU HAVE

0-2 years of professional development experience (or recent graduate with relevant projects)

Basic programming skills in Python or willingness to learn it quickly

Genuine curiosity about AI you've played with ChatGPT, Claude, or other providers LLMs and found it fascinating

At least one personal project, school project, or experiment that involved AI (even something simple counts!)

Eagerness to learn and comfortable with not knowing everything

Good at searching for solutions, reading documentation, and trying things until they work

Not afraid to ask questions or admit when you're stuck

Excited by the idea of learning something new every day

Interest in automation and making technology work better for people

Collaborative mindset and willingness to learn from others

You've heard of tools like LangChain, ChatGPT API, or automation platforms like Zapier (nice to have but not required)
