Atlassian Consultant (Jira) – Remote

What we are looking for

Hard skills

  • Configuration, maintenance, and administration of Atlassian products (Jira Software, Confluence, Bitbucket, Bamboo, Jira Service Management);
  • Evaluation and management of the usage of Atlassian add-ons to meet team and business needs;
  • Work with development and design teams to identify procedural efficiencies, such as with Jira Workflows, custom fields, etc;
  • Devise, test, and deploy integration's between Atlassian products and other internal tool chains;
  • JIRA and Confluence Migration Server - Datacenter; Server/DC - Cloud;
  • BigPicture Migration Server - Datacenter; Server/DC - Cloud;
  • XRAY Migration Server - Datacenter; Server/DC - Cloud.

Nice-to-have:

  • At least 5 years’ experience administrating Atlassian products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, Jira Service Management);
  • Strong knowledge and familiarity with JQL;
  • Experience extending Atlassian products via code development;
  • Experience directly integrating Atlassian products with other systems;
  • Knowledge of script runner (plus);
  • Knowledge in JIRA Access configuration;
  • Knowledge in Server/Datacenter migration to Cloud;
  • Understanding of JIRA APIs and webhooks;
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English.
