In this project you’ll contact with the European stock market area.

Despite its development center being located in Porto and all administrative support in Lisbon, you will be part of a multicultural team that is spread across several European cities.

We are looking for an Automation Engineer to join a project for one of our clients, based in Porto (hybrid model).

Requirements:

  • Proven experience developing automations with Power Automate (cloud and/or desktop).
  • Strong Python programming skills, including API integrations and data handling.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Copilot Studio and AI agent design concepts.
  • Experience with Azure AI Foundry and/or Azure AI services
  • Understanding of REST APIs, authentication methods, and integration patterns.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable, maintainable solutions.
  • Good communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally.
  • English: B2.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain end-to-end automations using Power Automate (cloud flows, desktop flows, and integrations).
  • Develop and integrate Python-based scripts and services to support advanced automation logic, data processing, and system integrations.
  • Create and manage AI-driven agents using Microsoft Copilot Studio, including conversational flows and task automation.
  • Work with Azure AI Foundry and related Azure services to design, deploy, and optimize AI-powered solutions.
  • Integrate automations with Microsoft 365, Azure services, APIs, databases, and thirdparty systems.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable automation solutions.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize automation performance, reliability, and security.
  • Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for automation and AI agent development.
  • Stay up to date with Microsoft Power Platform, AI, and automation advancements.
