Design, implement, and maintain backend services with Node.js and TypeScript, ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
Collaborate on architectural decisions, helping to design scalable solutions and establish a strong technical foundation for future growth.
Work closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to define requirements, plan deliverables, and ensure high-quality, on-time releases.
Communicate effectively in an international team environment, providing feedback, participating in discussions, and keeping stakeholders aligned on progress.

What we are looking for
4 to 10 years of professional experience as a Software Engineer (mid-level or senior).
Experience implementing backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
Solid architectural knowledge to design and scale applications effectively.
Strong communication skills and fluency in English to collaborate in an international environment and provide clear feedback.
Experience working closely with Product Managers and Engineering Managers to deliver high-quality software on time and within budget.
