Description
We’re looking for motivated professionals to join a dynamic back-office team in the motor insurance sector.Join a leading , supporting administrative operations related to car insurance policies.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage and update motor insurance policy data accurately in internal systemsProcess administrative requests, including contract updates, renewals, and cancellationsHandle and organize policy-related documentation to ensure compliance and accuracyReview and verify customer or broker information to support internal proceduresProvide administrative support to internal teams, ensuring smooth and timely operationsHandle incoming phone calls (approximately 20 per day) and communicate effectively with clientsManage extended vehicle warranty processes and related documentationOversee contract management for insurance policiesRegister and maintain workshop/service center data in the systemValidate documentation to ensure completeness and compliance Required Skills and Qualifications:Minimum C1 level in German is required; proficiency in English or Portuguese is also necessary.Previous experience in administrative and back-office roles is highly preferred; experience in the insurance or automotive sectors is not mandatory.Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.Comfortable working with digital tools and administrative processes.Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively in a structured environment.Proactive, adaptable, and a strong team player with good communication skills.Basic knowledge of automotive mechanics is an advantage.
