Vertente Humana, a leading recruitment, staffing, training, and outsourcing company, is currently recruiting Booking Specialists (m/f) for a prestigious client located in Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon.

Your Role?

As a Booking Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering an excellent customer experience by managing reservations and providing accurate information about services and products.

Location: Avenida da Liberdade, Lisbon, Portugal Working Hours: Rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00Requisitos:What We're Looking For?

  • Fluent in Dutch and English (mandatory);
  • Strong communication and customer service skills;
  • Comfortable using computer systems and digital tools;
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and reliable;
  • Team player with the ability to work in a multicultural environment;
  • Availability to work rotating shifts between 07:00 and 23:00;
  • Valid documentation to work in Portugal (Residence Permit, Tax Number, Social Security Number, etc.).Ofertas:What We Offer - Initial and ongoing training;
