We are currently seeking a Business Analyst to join our dynamic team in Aveiro, Portugal. This role offers a variety of projects across different locations within Portugal, including hybrid and full remote setups, where you can advance your career and make a significant impact.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Collect New Business Requirements: Identify new business needs and gather relevant information to support decision-making.
  • Identify and Develop Use Cases Based on Requirements: Translate requirements into actionable use cases that drive the development process forward.
  • Analyze Business Processes, Document Procedures, and Track KPIs: Review existing processes, document them for future reference, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.

📋 Requisitos

  • Proficiency in SQL: Familiarity with Structured Query Language is essential for data analysis and manipulation.
  • Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence: Experience using project management tools such as Jira or Confluence will be beneficial for tracking tasks, managing projects, and collaborating effectively within the team.
  • Ability to Communicate in English: Strong communication skills are required to collaborate with international teams and stakeholders.
