📋 Descrição da Função

At Devoteam, we are dedicated to transforming technology for the betterment of people and the world around us. As a Business Analyst within our team, you will play a pivotal role in driving change through your expertise in eliciting complex business processes and requirements.

🎯 Responsabilidades

• Lead the elicitation of complex business processes and requirements from various stakeholders: Through interviews, workshops, and data analysis.
• Create and maintain comprehensive functional documentation: Including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), use cases, and process flows.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed technical requirements: Ensuring clarity and accuracy for the development team.
• Develop a deep understanding of user and information flows within the organization: Modeling them visually to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Analyze and comprehend organizational structure: Including roles and relationships of key stakeholders, ensuring solutions meet all relevant parties' needs.
• Convert functional requirements into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner and development team: Building, prioritizing, and refining the solution backlog.

📋 Requisitos

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to break down complex problems into manageable parts.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate discussions and build consensus among diverse groups of people.
• Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Confluence).
• Experience with process modeling tools (e.g., Visio, Lucidchart) is a plus.
• A solid understanding of the software development lifecycle.
