Here you will be able to work with the development of personalized services and end-to-end solutions.
We are looking for a Business Analyst for a long term role in this hybrid project in Lisbon.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in functional/business analysis roles;
- Experience in data-driven projects, KPIs, and reporting;
- Degree in Management, Economics, Engineering, or Information Systems;
- PBA (PMI) or ECBA (IIBA) certification;
- Knowledge of public sector or funded incentive programs (nice to have);
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Bitbucket, CRM, and ERP systems (nice to have).
Responsibilities:
- Gather and document functional requirements with AICEP teams;
- Contribute to the definition of workflows, business rules, and key performance indicators;
- Support data modeling and the design of dashboards and reports;
- Validate functionalities during development and testing phases;
- Collaborate with technical and business teams during implementation.
