🎯 Responsabilidades

• Collect New Business Requirements: Gather insights from various sources to identify areas where improvements can be made.
• Identify and Develop Use Cases Based on Requirements: Work closely with stakeholders to develop clear use cases that align with business objectives.
• Analyze Business Processes, Document Procedures, and Track KPIs: Conduct thorough analysis of existing processes, document them for future reference, and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in SQL: Use SQL queries to extract data from databases efficiently.
• Previous Experience in Finance/Banking Projects: Gain hands-on experience with finance or banking projects to understand industry-specific challenges and solutions.
• Improve the Quality of Deliverables: Ensure that all deliverables meet high standards, meeting both quality and time constraints.
• Knowledge in Jira and/or Confluence: Utilize project management tools like Jira and Confluence for effective collaboration and task tracking.

📋 Requisitos

• Proficiency in SQL
• Previous Experience in Finance/Banking Projects
• Fluency in English, French is a plus
• Knowledge in Jira and/or Confluence
