We have several projects across Portugal - both hybrid and fully remote - where you can grow professionally and take your career to the next level. As a Business Analyst at Growin, you will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to making an impact through innovative solutions.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Collect new business requirements: You will identify new opportunities for growth by gathering insights from various stakeholders.
  • Identify and develop use cases based on requirements: Based on the collected data, you will create detailed use case documents that outline how these requirements can be implemented.
  • Analyze business processes, document procedures, and track KPIs: You will conduct thorough analysis of existing processes to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will document current procedures and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure continuous optimization.
  • Proficiency in SQL: Your expertise in SQL will be crucial for querying databases efficiently and extracting valuable insights from data.
  • Improve the quality of deliveries: You will work closely with development teams to ensure that all deliverables meet high standards, thereby enhancing the overall quality of our projects.
  • Knowledge in Jira and/or Confluence: Familiarity with project management tools like Jira and Confluence is essential for effective collaboration and tracking progress.

📋 Requisitos

  • Proficiency in English: Effective communication skills are a must to collaborate with international clients and team members.
  • SQL Proficiency: Strong knowledge of SQL will be necessary for data analysis and database management.
  • Knowledge in Jira and/or Confluence: Familiarity with these tools is required for project management and collaboration.
