We are looking for a Business Analyst to work in Lisbon who's eager to embark on an exciting new opportunity!

What is this challenge about:

Gathering and analysis of functional requirements;

Translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria;

Supporting development teams and performing functional validation of solutions;

Analyze the organization and design its processes and systems;

Define the future state and/or appropriate business solutions;

Develop comprehensive documentation that outlines business processes and system designs;

Utilize data analysis techniques to identify trends and inform decision-making;

Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and innovation;

Collaborate with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions;

Support and guide the team to ensure effective performance;

Provide and implement solutions to problems within the immediate team and across other teams.

What we are looking for

+2 years of experience as a Business Analyst;

Knowledge of banking processes and/or consumer credit solutions;

Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent tools);

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail.

Good communication skills;

Experience managing several stakeholders;

Fluency in English (minimum B2).
