🎯 Responsabilidades
- Elicit, analyze, document, and manage detailed business requirements, user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with diverse stakeholders to gather and validate business needs and functional specifications.
- Translate complex business requirements into clear, concise, and actionable functional and non-functional specifications for development teams.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business value and strategic goals.
- Perform in-depth process analysis, identify inefficiencies, and propose optimized business processes and system improvements.
- Support the design, development, and quality assurance teams throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring a thorough understanding of requirements and that solutions meet business objectives.
- Assist in the planning and execution of Key User Testing (KUT), ensuring that delivered solutions meet specified requirements and stakeholder expectations.
- Communicate effectively and transparently with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels, fostering collaboration and alignment.
- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and data analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and inform solution design.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis practices, tools, and methodologies within the organization.
📋 Requisitos
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in large, global e-commerce projects.
- 4+ years of hands-on Scrum Master experience in a software development environment.
- Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and other Agile methodologies (XP, SAFe is a plus).
- Familiarity with Agile techniques such as test-driven development (TDD), continuous integration (CI), and continuous deployment (CD).
- Proficiency in Agile tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Technical background or experience as a Software Engineer is an asset.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, distributed environment with high expectations.
