Role Overview:
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our teams and work on challenging projects within the healthcare sector.
In this role, you will act as a key link between business stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to the analysis, optimization, and delivery of solutions that support clinical, operational, and regulatory needs.
What You Will Do
Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
Perform gap analysis and recommend process optimizations.
Provide end-user support for business applications and systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by users or clients.
Act as a liaison between the business and IT teams to ensure timely issue resolution.
Assist with user training and documentation for systems or new processes.
Monitor system performance and ensure systems are running efficiently.
Document and escalate issues to appropriate teams as needed.
What you are like:
Professional experience in Business Analysis functions in IT projects;
Experience in project management methodologies (AGILE/Scrum, Design Thinking);
Excellent analytical and communication skills;
Responsible spirit and willingness to learn;
Knowledge of tools such as SAS, SAP and Salesforce is valued;
Fluency in English is required.
