What is this challenge about

  • Gathering and analysing functional requirements.
  • Translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Supporting development teams and performing functional validation of the solutions.
  • Communicate project progress and key updates to internal and external stakeholders;
  • Conduct testing activities and assess the quality of delivered enhancements;
  • Ensure timely delivery of project components while maintaining high-quality standards;
  • Prepare and present project status reports to Management.

What we are looking for

  • Experience as a Functional Analyst in web application projects, ideally developed using OutSystems (or other low-code technologies);
  • Knowledge of banking processes and/or consumer credit solutions;
  • Experience with JIRA and Confluence (or equivalent tools);
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and attention to detail;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken).
