Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Continuity Process Consultant (IT Risk) to integrate our teams into a client leader in the insurance sector with the largest commercial network in the country, focusing its strategy on expansion and internationalization across various geographical locations, based in Lisbon.

What You Will Do

You will be responsible for defining and ensuring compliance with IT risk and security standards and procedures, as well as managing the integrated Business Continuity Plan (BCP).

Ensure the coordination of BCP implementation during disaster/recovery scenarios, keeping senior management informed of developments;

Coordinate Committees and oversee the functions of teams involved in the BCP scope;

Manage technical and operational tests and conduct regular independent evaluations of the BCP, while collaborating on internal audits related to the plan;

Ensure employee training to familiarize them with procedures and prepare them for the actions described in the BCP Manual;

Manage projects exclusively related to the implementation of the BCP;

Ensure the creation and updating of control procedures and business impact analysis for critical processes identified in the BCP.

What you are like:

Academic training in Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or related fields (preferred);

Experience in IT Risk Management and/or Cybersecurity;

Knowledge of the insurance sector (preferred);

Passion for challenges and risk management;

Self-motivation and collaborative mindset (ability to work well in a team);

Strong communication skills;

Interpersonal relationship skills;

Adaptability and flexibility;

Proactivity and goal-oriented focus.
