360 Business Manager - IT Sales & Recruitment - International Markets

Ready to take ownership of both sales and talent strategy in the tech industry?

We are expanding our team and looking for a driven 360 Business Manager who will lead both business development and recruitment initiatives.

This role is for ambitious professionals who want real impact, autonomy, and direct influence on .

Only 7 positions available - we are building a high-performing team of strong commercial leaders.

Your Role: Sales + Recruitment in One

As a 360 Business Manager, you will combine strategic sales with recruitment delivery, driving revenue and building long-term client partnerships across international markets.

You will work closely with leadership and have the opportunity to shape processes, strategy, and expansion plans.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients

Conduct market analysis and expand global partnerships

Collaborate directly with the CEO to optimize business processes

Lead negotiations and close new partnerships

Identify and drive new business development opportunities

Achieve agreed sales targets within the first 6 months

Manage the full 360 cycle: from client acquisition to talent placement

Requirements

Fluent English (mandatory)

3+ years of experience in software houses, software factories, or nearshore companies

Proven experience in IT sales

Strong understanding of business strategy development and execution

Experience with sales processes, reporting, and pipeline management

Established network within the IT industry

Willingness to travel when required

Experience in professional services sales (research, prospecting, lead generation, qualification) is a plus
