Role Overview:

We are looking for a Business Process Consultant to integrate our teams in a largescale organizational environment, supporting the analysis, design, and continuous improvement of business processes.

This role plays a key part in promoting operational efficiency, process standardization, and the adoption of Business Process Management (BPM) best practices, aligned with organizational standards and policies.

What You Will Do

Analyze and diagnose existing business processes to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities;

Design and model end-to-end processes aligned with organizational standards, policies, and process architecture principles;

Apply BPM best practices to ensure consistency, quality, and scalability of process models;

Define, monitor, and support the evolution of process performance indicators (KPIs);

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization programs;

Support transformation initiatives by collaborating closely with business stakeholders and technical teams.

What you are like:

Proficient in Business Process Management (BPM) concepts, methodologies, and best practices;

Experienced in business process analysis, diagnosis, and end-to-end process modeling;

Skilled in defining and monitoring performance indicators and process metrics;

Knowledgeable in continuous improvement techniques and process optimization approaches;

Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders in complex organizational environments;

Familiar with process-oriented organizational and enterprise architecture principles.
