In this pivotal role, you will streamline essential vehicle acquisition and sales operations.If you are passionate about logistics, contract administration, and business management, this is your chance to make a lasting impact! provide dedicated administrative and operational support to the Business Partner, managing the end-to-end vehicle acquisition and divestiture process, leveraging advanced proficiency in Germanmanage issues related to purchase and sales contracts, ensuring their accuracy and compliance;coordinate vehicle transport logistics between various depots, both in Portugal and abroad;ensure effective communication between all parties involved, facilitating smooth and efficient transactions, utilizing both German and English,work within an area requiring strong business management support; Requirements:Experience in customer relations is mandatory.Experience with Salesforce (SF) is a plus.Basic car knowledge/interest is a plus.Fluent in German (C2 or native) and English (C1).
