We are seeking a Cash Payments Specialist to join a Middle Office Services team.
European financial institution setting up its new Service Center.
Client DetailsOur client focuses on strategic investments that drive sustainable growth across the financial sector.Description Oversight and execution of cash payment transactions in compliance with ; Reconciliation of payment accounts to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies; Monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure timely processing of payments; Collaborating with internal departments to address payment-related queries and issues; Preparing and maintaining detailed financial reports for auditing and analysis purposes; Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and company standards; Identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency in payment operations; Lead and support initiatives to standardize and automate processes across the Service Center, enhancing operational effectiveness.
Profile
Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; At least 1-2 years of relevant industry experience; Hands-on expertise and a collaborative approach, with outstanding teamwork skills; Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel; Strong communication and problem-solving abilities, with a proven track record of managing complex cases independently; Fluent in English.
