🎯 Responsabilidades
- Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM and Citrix Workspace Environment Management.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ControlUp for performance monitoring and issue resolution.
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and load balancing.
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex environments.
📋 Requisitos
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or similar;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in a similar role;
- Proven experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops, NetScaler (Citrix ADC), Citrix ADM and Citrix Workspace Environment Management;
- Strong hands-on knowledge of ControlUp for performance monitoring and issue resolution;
- Solid understanding of network fundamentals, including DNS, DHCP, VPNs and load balancing;
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting;
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in complex environments;
- Good English level (minimum B2);
- French is a plus.
