We are a growing web development agency specializing in Shopify based in Manchester, UK.

Our team builds new online stores from scratch, supports and optimizes existing ones, and develops custom features tailored to merchants' needs.

Our clients range from small entrepreneurs to established e-commerce brands, and we pride ourselves on delivering reliable, high-quality work.

To continue delivering outstanding service and scale our operations, we are looking for a Client Support & Project Coordinator to join our team.

This is Monday to Friday, fully remote work.

We are happy with either Part-Time or Full-Time and the hours can be dynamic.

We also do not micro manage, you are free to organise your day, we just want to make sure the work is organised and gets done, other than that we won’t be on top of you.

Your Role:

You will serve as the link between our clients and development team, ensuring smooth communication, organized project flow, and timely updates.

We will support you directly with any questions you have and also provide you video tutorials and written SOP’s that you can watch and re-watch everytime you need it.

It is important that you learn about each of the current projects, so you can liaise between the development team and the clients, be able to check the work done by the developers before sharing with the client and also be able to understand client requests and pass them to the development team.

Communications with clients are mainly via email or chat, however there can be calls on bigger projects, so someone that is comfortable speaking in English is important.

The majority of the time you will be dealing with clients, and not prospects, but it might happen to you help us speaking with prospects too when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own each project

Once a project starts we expect you to become familiar with what is involved on the project, it is important to read previous messages and the project brief we provide so you are on top of it from end-to-end.

We will be able to support you when you are not sure of something and we will work closely to you on the first month until you learn our methods and become self-sufficient.

• Respond to Clients

Communicate professionally and promptly with clients to answer questions, provide updates, and collect requirements.

• Maintain and Update CRM

Keep client records, important conversations, and project notes organized and up-to-date in our CRM system (ClickUp).

• Prepare Work for Developers

Translate client requests into clear, actionable tasks and tickets for the development team.

• Review Developer Work

Check completed tasks for quality, consistency with the original request, and readiness before passing to clients for feedback.

• Client Alignment

Ensure client expectations are managed and met by coordinating feedback and following up on changes.

Qualifications:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English fluency required)
• Experience with Shopify, preferably on the development side too (basics are fine)
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
• Experience in client communication and coordination
• Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects
• (Bonus) Familiarity/Experience with ClickUp

Monthly Wages for - €1,300 - €1,500 (depending on experience)

Monthly Wages for Part Time - €650 - €750 (depending on experience)
