What we are looking for
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in COBOL development within complex or enterprise environments;
- Solid experience (2+ years) in API development and system integrations;
- Strong hands-on experience with JCL and DB2;
- Good understanding of batch processing environments and mainframe systems;
- Experience with modern programming languages (e.g., Java or Python) for integration layers and APIs;
- Knowledge of microservices-based architectures and modern integration patterns;
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments;
- Experience in requirements analysis and translating business needs into technical solutions;
- Strong analytical mindset and excellent problem-solving skills;
- Ability to work usly, proactively, and take ownership of tasks;
- Strong time management and prioritization skills in a structured environment;
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit;
- Client-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering reliable solutions Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field;
- Good command of English (spoken and written).

- Develop and maintain COBOL applications within core banking systems;
- Contribute to the evolution and modernization of legacy systems supporting critical business processes;
- Design, develop, and support API integrations between mainframe and modern systems;
- Work with JCL and DB2 in batch processing environments;
- Ensure stability, performance, and reliability of large-scale batch jobs;
- Collaborate with technical and functional teams to analyze requirements and deliver solutions;
- Support continuous improvement and system enhancement initiatives.
