Job Description: As our Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant, you will support an international project focused on improving sales and customer service processes through Microsoft technologies.

You will work with Dynamics 365 Sales and Customer Service, contributing to both functional and technical solutions using .NET and Power Platform (low-code), ensuring business needs are effectively translated into system improvement

Must-Have:

Experience in Dynamics 365 Customer Service

Experience in Dynamics 365 Sales

Experience in .NET development

Experience with Power Platform / low-code (Power Apps, Power Automate)

Ability to analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions

Experience in CRM projects

Fluency in English and French (spoken and written)

Strong communication skills and ability to engage with business stakeholders

Would be great if you have:

Experience in international projects

Knowledge of Azure / system integration

Experience in CRM consulting or implementation projects

Background in process optimization and customer experience improvement
