YOUR MISSION

Develop HR solutions (ABAP), through processes improvement, standardization and innovation, ensuring proper support, stability, compliance and accuracy.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Support and help implement SAP SuccessFactors;

Develop and debug complex ABAP programs for SAP HR modules;

Expertise in SAP Business Integration Builder is required;

Translate functional needs into technical specs and documentation;

Coordinate external SAP developers;

Support software rollouts and updates;

Collaborate with teams in Europe and South America.

WHO YOU ARE

Master’s in Computer Science or similar;

2+ years in SAP ABAP development, ideally in HR modules;

Strong knowledge of SAP Business Integration Builder;

Experience with Outsystems, OpenText, and SAP architecture is a plus;

Proactive, analytical, organized, with strong English skills.
