The Role:As a Customer Support Representative, you will be the backbone of our advertising product support.
Your mission includes:Managing and resolving technical product troubleshooting.Providing high-level customer support related to .Bridging the gap between complex Ad-Tech tools and business solutions.
What We Are Looking For:Language Mastery: Minimum C1 level (written and spoken) in Arabic, Portuguese, French, OR Spanish, PLUS C1 level English.A degree in Marketing or related fields.Mandatory experience in paid campaign management and digital marketing.Experience in a Contact Centre or service program for an Advertising Tech company.Strong customer service orientation, fluent in social media product usage, and a basic understanding of digital advertising.
