  • Have a solid understanding of e-commerce.
  • Be able to handle peak queue volumes during promotional periods.
  • Possess strong customer service, verbal and written communication, empathy, and rational decision-making skills. 💎 Compensation: - Base salary (before taxes): €1,100 per month (paid over 14 months); €15,400 per year - Complexity bonus (fixed): € 100 per month (paid over 11 months); €1,100 per year - Meal allowance (prepaid card): €7.63 per working day (~ €167.86 per month, approximately); €1,846.46 per year.
  • Annual gross (basic salary + bonus + meal allowance): €18,346.46 per year (approximate value without night shift additional pay) - Health insurance: Free after 6 months of contract.
