📋 Descrição da Função

We are seeking talented and detail-oriented Danish-speaking Content Moderators to join our growing team in Lisbon. This unique opportunity allows you to work with globally recognized digital platforms while ensuring a safe and engaging experience for millions of users worldwide.

🎯 Responsabilidades

  • Review and moderate user-generated content to align it with platform policies and community guidelines.
    • Apply guidelines consistently based on platform standards.
    • Monitor emerging trends and flag issues or patterns to improve moderation practices.
    • Maintain high-quality performance by meeting defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality benchmarks.
    • Collaborate with internal teams for feedback sharing and process optimization.

📋 Requisitos

  • Fluency in Danish (mandatory) and good command of English (B2 level or above).
  • Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, capable of analyzing content objectively.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive or distressing content when necessary.
  • Fast learner and adaptable to changing guidelines or tools.
