Location: Lisbon (Relocation Support Available) Workload: Position Overview: We are looking for talented and detail-oriented Danish-speaking Content Moderators to join a growing team in Lisbon.
This is a unique opportunity to work with globally recognized digital platforms, ensuring a safe and engaging experience for millions of users worldwide.
If you're fluent in Danish, have strong analytical skills, and are passionate about online communities, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.
Main Responsibilities: - Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Apply guidelines consistently and make balanced decisions based on platform standards.
- Monitor emerging content trends and flag issues or patterns to improve moderation practices.
- Maintain high-quality performance by meeting defined KPIs and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and support process optimization.
Candidate Profile: - Fluency in Danish (mandatory) and good command of English (B2 level or above).
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze content objectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive or distressing content when necessary.
- Fast learner and adaptable to changing guidelines or tools.
