If you're fluent in Romanian, have strong analytical skills, and are passionate about online communities, this opportunity could be the right fit for you.
Main Responsibilities: - Review and moderate user-generated content to ensure it aligns with platform policies and community guidelines.
- Apply guidelines consistently and make balanced decisions based on platform standards.
- Monitor emerging content trends and flag issues or patterns to improve moderation practices.
- Maintain high-quality performance by meeting defined KPIs and quality benchmarks.
- Collaborate with internal teams to share feedback and support process optimization.
Candidate Profile: - Fluency in Romanian (mandatory) and good command of English (B2 level or above).
- Previous experience in content moderation or similar roles is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to analyze content objectively.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Emotionally resilient and able to handle sensitive or distressing content when necessary.
- Fast learner and adaptable to changing guidelines or tools.
