What You Will Do

in this role

As a Content Moderator, you will:

Review contents within agreed latency Service Levels and standards of quality

Review the reported issues within agreed turnaround times and standards of quality

Escalate issues to our client in accordance with the MSA and this SOW on knowledge base

Monitor user behaviour and enforce policies effectively

Apply guidelines consistently to diverse content scenarios

Handle sensitive issues independently while upholding platform standards

Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all interactions

Your qualifications

Concentrix is a great match if you:

Are fluent, verbal and written in Portuguese (C1)

Are fluent, verbal and written in English (B2)

Have minimum education qualification of college degree or an equivalent diploma

Have strong understanding of e-commerce

Have experience working with moderation service industry

Are available for 24/7 rotating shifts

Have strong moderation skills and rational decision making with local market expertise

Are fluent with any social media products usage and basic understanding of digital advertising
